Availability

·         All the products displayed in www.bigbrandwheels.comare suitable for availability. www.bigbrandwheels.comwill sell and ship items that are currently in its physical inventory and/or stock, in perfect conditions and proper packaging or that any of our supply companies have them in stock or in production.

·         We encourage our customers call our Customer Service Department at (866)621-0666 before completing their order or checking out to verify availability, vehicle fitment, shipping and any other information regarding your order.

·         www.bigbrandwheels.com, through its Customer Service Department will call the customer once his/her order is received in our website to confirm the order including availability, vehicle fitment, shipping and any other relevant issue regarding the order and the proper use of the items.

·         In case that at the time of purchasing of any item showing in www.bigbrandwheels.com, is sold out or no longer available in our warehouse or our suppliers warehouses, www.bigbrandwheels.comwill call the customer who placed the order and communicate him/her that the item he/she purchased is out of stock and www.bigbrandwheels.comwill reimburse immediately the amount paid by the customer.

  • Our main purpose is to assist our Customers and our Visitors on their quest for new Wheels and/or Tires always trying to offer only the products that will be 100% suitable for their vehicles. In that way bigbrandwheels.com is designed to be friendly, practical and fun to shop around.
  • Bigbrandwheels.com has a Vehicle Search Engine where our Customers can input their vehicle information and bigrandwheels.com can suggest or recommend the Wheels and/or Tires most suitable for such vehicle. The accuracy of our recommendations regarding Wheels and Tires is directly related to the thoroughness of the information provided by the Customer for the vehicle.
  • Bigbrandwheels.com has contracted the vehicle data services of a third company which provides the vehicle data for the Vehicle Search Engine. Bigbrandwheels.com will have no liability from the accuracy and the consequences from the use and application of the vehicle data used in its Vehicle Search Engine.
  • Bigbrandwheels.com will only recommend or suggest Wheels and/or Tires most suitable for the Vehicle in question from the Vehicle Data received from the Third Company. If the Customer wants or buys something different, not recommended, the Wheels and/or Tires won’t be accepted for return or exchange on wrong fitment basis.
  • Customer Satisfaction Guaranty. Every time that our Customers give us their Vehicle information, such information will be included in our database for future references and in the Invoice sent to the Customer. Any mistake on applications where the specifications are different from the invoiced ones caused by bigbrandwheels.com, bigbrandwheels.com will exchange at no extra cost the Wheels and/or Tires sent with the right ones.
  • Bigbrandwheels.com encourages all their Customers to contact our Customer Service Department before the completion of the purchase to confirm the fitment of the product on the vehicle. Purchases made without calling to confirm fitment, will mean that the Customer is well aware of what he/she is purchasing and that the product is the right one for his/her vehicle. After the purchase is completed and the products have been received by the Customer, no returns or exchanges will be accepted on wrong fitment causes. Bigbrandwheels.com will always going to try contact the Customers to confirm orders when no calls are received from them.
  • The purchase price at time of sale and the sale itself are final.
  • Bigbrandwheels.com will always issue an Invoice for every sale or purchase made within bigbrandwheels.com. Invoices will always be sent to our Customers inside one of the products sent or via regular postal mail. Therefore NO refund, exchange, warranty or any dispute will be honored or perform without proof of purchase by original Invoice from the Customer.
  • Bigbrandwheels.com customers must be aware that in case of using fraudulent credit cards or any other fraudulent form of payment, he or she will be prosecuted to the full extent of the law.
  • All our products are 100% inspected and tested prior to their shipping or delivery. Our Quality Control Team authorizes the shipping and delivery of our products only when they show NO technical, manufacturing or cosmetic defects at all.
  • Bigbrandwheels.com accepts all major Credit Cards and Debit Cards on our Customer’s purchases through PayPal.
  • Bigbrandwheels.com accepts all the PayPal payment options offered by PayPal within PayPal.
  • Bigbrandwheels.com doesn’t accept cash on any purchase.
  • Bigbrandwheels.com prices are in United States Dollars.
 
Shipping
  • Shipping costs are NOT included in our products prices.
  • Bigbrandwheels.com Customers can rate their shipping right inside our site and add that rate to the final purchase.
  • Bigbrandwheels.com offers UPS shipping for all our Customers with competitive rates. However bigbrandwheels.com will have no direct responsibility or liability for products being lost or damaged during shipping. Bigbrandwheels.com will assist Customers on claims presented to UPS or the shipping company used to send the products, on lost and/or damage situations.
  • Once UPS or the shipping company used to send the products to our Customers accepts by writing its responsibility on damaging or losing all or part of the shipment, bigbrandwheels.com will send the Customer a new product or products to the Customer at no extra cost upon availability.
  • It’s the customer’s responsibility to report any damages and or shortages within 48 hours of receiving the product. No claims will be accepted after 48 hours.
  • The Customer is liable for all shipping costs when returning or exchanging an item to bigbrnadwheels.com unless the product has been damaged during shipping. This policy also applies to warranty returns.
  • On Refused Shipments Customer is responsible for shipping charges incurred to and from the customers delivery address, in addition a 20% restocking fee.
  • Absolutely NO refund or credit will be issued for defective or damaged merchandise until merchandise is returned and inspected to 9357 Richmond Pl. #104, Rancho Cucamonga, California 91730. Customer is responsible for sending the merchandise back to the above address.
  • Bigbrandwheels.com Customer has the responsibility of properly packaging the products when returning for refund, exchange or warranty products. If the products are damaged during shipping due to poor or improper packaging on Customer’s behalf, bigbrandwheels.com and/or shipping company will not have any responsibility or liability on that and the product will considered as damaged by the Customer and no return, exchange or warranty will be in order.
  • Bigbrandwheels.com Customers have to follow the packaging instructions published in our website when packaging products for returning, exchanging or warranty.
  • It’s important and advisable that bigbrandwheels.com Customer would keep all original packaging materials for the next 30 days after he/she receives the products in case return, exchange or warranty issues may occur.   

 
Cancellations
  • Cancellations can be made ONLY before the order or the purchased products haven’t been sent or shipped out to the Customer.
  • Special orders or orders where additional work or modification has to be performed to the items within the order cannot be cancelled or returned. In such cases bigbrandwheels.com will notify the Customer about this policy.
  • All Cancellations have to be made in writing via email or fax to be valid. Cancellations will not be accept after merchandise been received for 30 days.
  • When Cancelling an order, please include the Invoice and/or Order Number, Customer information (Name, Phone number, Address, etc.), and the reason of cancelling.
  • All cancellations prior to shipment are subject to a 10% (of total invoiced order) cancellation fee.
  • Cancellation of orders paid with Credit Card or Debit Card will be reimbursed to the Credit or Debit Card used through PayPal.
  • In any case bigbrandwheels.com will NOT reimburse a cancelled order using CASH.  

Returns / Refunds
 
Returns are acceptable when the following conditions are met:
  • To return a product or a whole order, you MUST call our Customer Service Department for RETURN MERCHANDISE AUTHORIZATION (RMA)  AT (866) 621-0666. All MERCHANDISE MUST BE NEW!
  • Customer has to send back, along the return items, the original invoice where the returning items are shown. The invoiced sent to support the returning process, must be under the Customer’s name and has to match the Customer and Invoice information saved in bigbrandwheels.com system; otherwise the return won’t be accepted.
  • Tires must not be driven on.
  • Wheels must not have been mounted.
  • Wheel & Tire Packages must not be driven on.
  • Special order items are non-returnable and non-refundable.
  • No returns will be accepted without authorization from bigbrandwheels.com. Once authorization is approved, the customer will be issued a Return Merchandize Authorization Number or a RMA number. The Return Merchandize Authorization or RMA is valid for 15 days ONLY. After the 15 days time limit, the RMA remains invalid.
  • The Customer is liable for all shipping costs when returning or exchanging an item to bigbrnadwheels.com unless the product has been damaged during shipping. This policy also applies to warranty returns.
  • Tires returned for refund will be charged the greatest amount between all the shipping costs incurred and 25% of the invoiced value as a restocking fee.
  • Wheels returned for refund will be charged the greatest amount between all the shipping costs incurred and 25% of the invoiced value as a restocking fee.
  • Wheel and Tire Packages returned for refund will be charged $80.00 USD plus the greatest amount between all the shipping costs incurred and 25% of the invoiced value as a restocking fee.
  • We DO NOT accept any new or used merchandise any later than 30 days after the customer has received the merchandize.
  • REFUND CALCULATIONS:
    • Tires: Credit less whatever amount is the greatest from all the freight charges incurred or 25% restocking fee.
    • Wheels: Credit less whatever amount is the greatest from all the freight charges incurred or 25% restocking fee. Wheels cannot have tire mounted; please test fit wheels prior to mounting tires.
    • Wheel & tire packages: Credit less $80.00 USD labor charge for dismounting, cleaning, plus whatever amount is the greatest from all the freight charges incurred or 25% restocking fee. 
    • Mounted wheels are non-returnable. Special orders are non-returnable and non-refundable.
  • ALL TIRES, WHEELS OR WHEEL & TIRE PACKAGES WILL BE CHECKED UPON ARRIVAL TO BIG BRAND WHEELS WAREHOUSE TO VERIFY ITS OR THEIR CONDITION. IF A TIRE, WHEEL OR WHEEL & TIRE PACKAGE HAS MARKS OF BEING USED, MOUNTED OR DRIVEN WITH, REFUND WON’T BE IN ORDER AND IT OR THEY WILL BE SHIPPED BACK TO THE CUSTOMER (SENDER) UPON SHIPPING CHARGES BEING SENT, TRANSFERRED OR DEPOSITED TO BIG BRAND WHEELS.
  • Each product or item sent to bigbrandwheels.com as a return has to be properly packaged and ALL the accessories and items that were included inside the original box at the time of original shipping MUST be included in the same condition.
  • Any shipping damage due to poor or improper packaging on behalf of the Customer would make the item unsuitable for returning option and it will be sent back to the Customer at his/her expense.
  • Absolutely NO refund or credit will be issued for defective or damaged merchandise until merchandise is returned and inspected to 9155 Archibald Ave. STE.G, Rancho Cucamonga, California 91730. Customer is responsible for sending the merchandise back to the above address.  
Exchange
 
Bigbrandwheels.com will exchange items only if the following conditions are met:
  • Bigbrandwheels.com will exchange an item if the item sent to the Customer is different as the one shown and described in the Invoice.
  • Bigbrandwheels.com will exchange an item if discrepancies between the Vehicle information printed in the Invoice and the actual item specification occur. This means that the specifications that the item sent has must be the same as the specifications of the vehicle needs.
  • The Customer has to contact bigbrandwheels.com Customer Service Department to communicate about the situation. Customer Service Department has to issue a RETURN MERCHANDISE AUTHORIZATION (RMA) number after being informed by the Customer about the causes of the Exchange.
  • Customer has 48 hours after the date and time of receiving the items to check them and request an exchange service. After 48 hours bigbrandwheels.com will assume that the Customer has no reasons and intensions of exchanging the item or items received and automatically refuses any future right or option of exchanging.
  • The Customer has to send the item or items to be exchanged, properly packaged, to bigbrandwheels.com warehouse located at 9357 Richmond Pl. #104, Rancho Cucamonga, CA 91730.
  • ALL ITEMS WILL BE CHECKED UPON ARRIVAL TO BIG BRAND WHEELS WAREHOUSE TO VERIFY ITS OR THEIR CONDITION. IF AN ITEM HAS MARKS OF BEING USED, MOUNTED OR DRIVEN WITH, EXCHANGE WON’T BE IN ORDER AND IT OR THEY WILL BE SHIPPED BACK TO THE CUSTOMER (SENDER) UPON SHIPPING CHARGES BEING SENT, TRANSFERRED OR DEPOSITED TO BIG BRAND WHEELS.
  • Each product or item sent to bigbrandwheels.com as an exchange has to be properly packaged and ALL the accessories and items that were included inside the original box at the time of original shipping MUST be included in the same condition.
  • Any shipping damage due to poor or improper packaging on behalf of the Customer would make the item unsuitable for returning option and it will be sent back to the Customer at his/her expense.
  • Once our Quality Control Team has verified that the cause of exchange is on bigbrandwheels.com behalf, a new item or items will be shipped to the Customer, upon availability, with no shipping cost charged and the amount paid by the Customer for shipping back the item or items to be exchanged will be reimbursed upon shipping invoice presentation.  
Warranty
  • All warranty returns must be from Original owner who must have and show a bill of sale. Transfer of ownership renders the warranty void.
  • Warranty does not apply to any item, which has been subject to misuse, neglect, accident or negligence.
  • Warranty does not apply to any product that has been altered or repaired by any unauthorized personnel other than the manufacturer one.
  • All Warranties on the products sold hereby are those made by the manufacturer. The seller, bigbrandwheels.com hereby expressly disclaims all warranties, either express or implied, including any implied warranty or merchantability or fitness for a purpose, and neither assumes nor authorizes any other person to assume for it any liability in connection with the sale of said products. Buyer shall not be entitled to recover from the seller any consequential damages for property, damage for loss of time, loss of profit or income, or any other incidental damages. Aftermarket Wheels being wider will transfer more road vibration than OEM Wheels. Prior to sell of said merchandise the buyer has been forewarned and this is not a condition for return or merchandise.
  • Merchandise covered by a manufacturer’s warranty is sold with the warranty by the manufacturer extended to the purchaser. We will be happy to assist in obtaining fulfillment of manufacturer’s warranty. Freight charges for warranty claims are the responsibility of the end user. Other than the manufacturer’s warranty, there are no warranties, express or implied, including any warranty of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose.
  • Whenever the Customer has any warranty issues or problems, he/she has to contact bigbrandwheels.com Customer Service Department to notify them and get the Warranty Return Authorization Number (WRAN).
  • The items for warranty claim must be shipped to bigbrandwheels.com warehouse located at 9357 Richmond Pl. #104, Rancho Cucamonga, CA 91730, properly packaged and labeled.
  • Shipping costs for Warranty claims must be covered by the Customer at all times and in all directions.
  • Bigbrandwheels.com will re-send or deliver warranty items exactly as it receives them to the manufacturer for inspection.
  • Each manufacturer has its own warranty policies and times that will be transferred and applied to bigbrandwheels.com Customers.
  • If the manufacturer confirms that the item is suitable for warranty claims, bigbrandwheels.com will re-send a new item to the Customer with exactly the same characteristics of the original one upon availability.
  • If the manufacturer does not confirm that the item is suitable for warranty claims due to non-factory or non-materials defects or damages and those defects or damages were made by other entities rather than the same manufacturer; bigbrandwheels.com will notify the Customer and send back the item on customer’s expense.
  • If the manufacturer has confirmed a warranty claim and the items in question are not available for exchange in the following 15 business days after such confirmation, bigbrandwheels.com will contact the Customer to discussed and decide on the best solution possible for both sides within the same value and conditions on the original purchase.
  • Bigrbandwheels.com will not be liable for any loss, damage, incidental or consequential damages of any kind, whether based upon warranty, contract or negligence and arising in connection with the sale, use, repair or modification of the product.
  • Bigbrandwheels.com maximum liability shall not in any case, exceed the contract sale price of the products being claimed to be defective or unsuitable.  
 
Packaging for Returning, Exchanging and/or Warranty
 
Bigbrandwheels.com Customers have to observe the following points when re-packaging items for return, exchange or warranty purposes:
  • If the Customer kept all the packaging materials from the original packaging, please use them in the same manner.
  • It’s advisable to use double boxing when re-packaging, if possible.
  • All items inside one box or package must be wrapped individually and kept from bouncing and hitting one another due to movement or vibration during shipment by the use of plastic bags, cardboards, newspaper paper, etc.
  • When packaging wheels, the face, lip and edge of the wheel must be double protected.
  • Once the box is closed, it has to be sealed with plastic tape to prevent opening during the shipping.
  • All boxes have to be properly labeled.
  • All boxes MUST be insured for shipping. If one box is lost or damaged by the shipping company and such box wasn’t insured, the reposition of the contents, at invoiced value, of the box will be on Customer’s expense and responsibility,
  • Items and boxes lost or misplaced due to improper labeling are responsible of the Customer.
  • Tires only
    • Each tire is clearly labeled with your return address and bigbrandwheels.com address.
    • Copy of original invoice with Return Authorization Number showing taped securely on tire.
  • Wheels only
    • Wheels must be well secured and protected. Any original protective packing received with shipment must be reused in the same manner to prevent damage. (i.e. cardboard chafing).
    • Please include a copy of the invoice inside every returned package.
    • Secure center cap on wheel, or insert cap(s) in separate bag, and tape bag securely. Caps must not be loose in box.
    • Secure lug nuts in separate bag, and tape bag securely. Lug nuts must not be loose in box.
    • Remove any staples that are not fully closed from the box.
    • We recommend that you insure the package for the proper value and ship via UPS or FEDEX for tracking purposes.
  • TIRE & WHEEL PACKAGES
    • Package must be well secured and protected. Any original protective packing received with shipment must be reused in the same manner to prevent damage. ( i.e. cardboard chafing )
    • We recommend that you insure the package for the proper value and ship via UPS or FEDEX for tracking purposes.
    • Please include a copy of the invoice inside for every returned package.  
 
Claims
  • Shipping Damage - Please inspect your shipment immediately upon receipt. If your shipment has arrived damaged, please contact our customer service department within 48 hours of delivery to schedule a return and reshipment. The merchandise should be completely repackaged in the original packaging material for the return and inspection. All original material must be returned along with the damaged merchandise. Your credit depends upon these steps being followed carefully.
  • Cosmetic Damage - Claims for cosmetic damages cannot be made once the wheels have been mounted and / or installed on vehicle. Please inspect wheels prior to mounting
  • Ride complaints - Claims for ride issues can be made within 5 days of receipt of product only. Please call our Customer Service Department if you have problems with your riding using your new Tires, Wheels or Wheel & Tire Package. Please have handy your invoice or receipt when calling. If the problem is due to factory issues, our Customer Service Representative will issue a Return Merchandize Authorization Number (RMAN) for returning the items. All items returned due to riding problems will be fully inspected upon arrival to Big Brand Wheels Warehouse to confirm the reason of returning. If after the inspection our wheel and tire technicians conclude that the ride problem is due to some damage or misuse on Customer’s behalf, the Return / Reshipment won’t be in order and the items will be shipped back to the Customer (sender) upon shipping charges being sent, transferred or deposited to Big Brand Wheels.
